SHIPPING DELIVERY & PICKUP INFORMATION

Canada Shipping

We offer shipping all throughout Canada in all 10 provinces and 3 territories during the months of May-September. Due to too low temperatures in many areas in Canada, we are limited to the times of year that we are able to ship the reptiles. We offer a variety of different shipping rates (see SHIPPING DELIVERY AND PICKUPS for more information on our rates) all reptiles will be shipped in a Live Animal Shipment box which includes proper insulation and a heat pack which will ensure a safe arrival for your new addition! Due to the price of the packaging used to safely ship your reptile some fees apply. It is important to understand that we are not shipping a product, we are shipping an amazing animal that requires the most stable shipping experience. Niagara Delivery

To those that live in the following areas you have the option for Local Delivery;  Niagara Region, Hamilton Area, Brampton Area, we offer a Delivery option in which one of our staff members will hand-deliver your purchased reptile to you for a flat rate of $15. This is an option that will tremendously reduce the amount of stress for your newly purchased reptile and is what we recommend choosing if you are planning on getting your reptile delivered within these areas.

Pickups & Local Meet Ups

In addition, we also offer Pickup and Local Meet Ups if you are able to for no fee. We recommend this option for customers who would like to save on shipping fees as we understand that it can oftentimes turn you away from purchasing your dream pet, as we are hoping to allow our customers to have the same amazing experience with these stunning animals as we do. This option is also beneficial because it allows you to ensure the safe arrival of your reptile as it will reduce stress levels for it.
